Data Driven Decision Making
for School Site Administrators – Fall 2006
CTAP Region IV repeated last year’s popular breakfast workshops for principals to help school leaders learn how to use the Just For The Kids (www.jftk-ca.org) web site as a tool for Data Driven Decision Making (DDDM).
Workshops were designed to help principals start building a "data culture" in their own schools. Participants explored the features of the Just For the Kids-California (JFTK-CA) website, engaged in data dialogs with colleagues and developed strategies to implement successful data dialogs with staff at their own site.
