EdTechProfile– Helpful Tools

The files on this page may be downloaded and used for training purposes at your school site or district.  The Power Points were used at the CTAP Region IV workshops presented at each county office of education.  Feel free to modify them as needed.

1. ETP_SurveyInfo.ppt covers all of the basics on individual accounts and describes the new survey changes.
   
2. ETP_AdminTools.ppt covers all of the reporting tools, password management, list management etc.
   
3. ETP_rubrics.doc was created by Steve Politzer (New Haven Unified) and is a handy reference when teachers want to know what they need to know in order to move from basic to intermediate or proficient categories.
   
4. StudentSurveyScantron.pdf is the scantron version of the Taglit Student Survey
   
5. ETP_EETT_How2Guide.pdf is a guide to using CTAP2 for all aspects of EETT competitive grant recipients needs and can be applied to the new EdTechProfile format.
   
6. ETP_Email_Passwords.pdf describes the steps taken to email account information and passwords to teachers.
   
7. ETP_Monitor_CompletionStats.pdf explains how to generate a report to determine which teachers have completed the survey and which teachers still need to complete the survey.
   
8. ETP_Teacher_Cleanup.pdf explains how to switch teachers to another school or remove them from the district list entirely.
   
9. ETP_Email_Cleanup.pdf describes how to change incorrect email addresses to the correct email address so teachers can receive their passwords when they are sent.
